So you want to get into shape but don’t have time or the willpower to hit the gym… Today’s Life Hack is called Conbody.  It is a very simple workout program designed by a former convict who lost 70 pounds in 6 months all from the confines of his prison cell.  It only takes a couple minutes a day and can obviously be done in a small area.  Check out the video below!
