Hey Rick and Joel! I have to have you pull one of your phone blasts on my husband, Scott. Long story short… we are in a practical joke battle right now. Last week he sent me to pick up a pizza that he never ordered. I know, so dumb, but he thought it was hilarious. He is in buffalo on business and I will tell you we just had our back-yard completely re-done. Huge patio. Built in gazebo out door kitchen the works. I will also let you in on a little secret that I wanted a pool and so did our son but he kept complaining on the work to maintain it and that it adds no value to the house.
