The Measles outbreak is now in a bunch of states including PA, but in NYC the mayor has now said anyone who does not have a vaccine within 48 hours will be fined $1000…which means if you have 3 kids and one gets the measles that’s $3000. It’s not like the vaccine is something that just came out. I had the vaccine, I also had the measles and the mumps. I looked like Shrek. But yet, some parents are not getting their kids the vaccine and they are actually having measles parties to expose their kids to the measles in the hopes the body will naturally fight it with its own antibodies and immune system. Why?? Measles parties?? Really??
