Former California dealership owner Mark A. Johnston claims he was blackout drunk while playing Pai Gow and Blackjack in the Las Vegas Casino and lost a half a million dollars.

Regulations prohibit casinos from "permitting persons who are visibly intoxicated to participate in gaming activity" and from providing "complimentary service of intoxicating beverages in the casino area to persons who are visibly intoxicated."
