MICHAELS & LAYNE “COMEDY OPEN MIC"

 

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

 

FOR WODE-FM (hereinafter referred to as “Station(s)”)

 

 

Section 1

Duration of Contest, Qualifying and Grand Prize

 

1.1.Duration.  The Station, operated by Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC, is running a contest beginning August 10, 2009 and ending Sunday, September 5, 2010. Station may terminate contest at any time or change dates and locations in its sole and absolute discretion.

 

1.2.How to Qualify. To enter, submit entries to comedyatthefair@gmail.com no later than Friday, August 27th at 9am.  Entries should include, name, birth date, email address, home address, daytime phone number, name of act and description of performance.

 

1.3. How to Win. Entries will be randomly selected and all acts will be notified no later than Thursday, September 2, 2010.  There will be 8 acts selected to perform on Sunday, September 5, 2010 at the RCN Farmarama Stage at the Great Allentown Fair at 3pm.  Acts must be at the RCN Farmarama Theatre no later than 2:30 on Sunday, September 5 and checked in.  Acts may not include profanity, pyrotechnics, nudity or animals.  Length of act may not exceed (3) three minutes.  Acts may not exceed (3) three people.  All acts must supply their own props.  A panel of (3) three judges will rate each act on a scale of (1) one to (10) ten.  The act with the most points wins.  Maximum points: 30.  In the event of a tie, the (3) three judges will decide the winner.  If there is profanity or nudity, the act is immediately disqualified.

 

1.4. Prizes. The act with the highest amount of points receives the  Grand Prize: open act for a Nationally Touring Acts at Wisecrackers Comedy Club, in Allentown on Friday, September 17th and Saturday, September 18th during the 9pm show both nights.  Minimum of 5 minutes., Second place prize is a 1-night getaway to Harrah's in Atlantic City, NJ, Third place prize is a Hawk Prize Pack. 

 

  1. No purchase is necessary.  
  1. Qualifiers must be 21 years of age or older to participate 
  1. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries. 
  1. All qualifiers must be present at the RCN Farmarama Stage at the Great Allentown Fair on Sunday, September 5, 2010
     
  2. Contest is open to all residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. All employees, agents, successors, interns, and assignees of Allentown Fair and Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC, employees of other radio or television stations and members of their immediate families are ineligible. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws", or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents. 
     
  3. Only one winner per prize.   Any ties, disputes, conflicts, questions, or concerns, regarding the Contest and/or the prize(s), will be handled by the Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC whose decision(s) are final and indisputable. 
     
  4. Station disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Station is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the contest. 
     
  5. WODE disclaims any responsibility for a participant's inability to complete an entry form within the allotted time period, whether due to malfunction, weather or otherwise, or due to the inability to enter on line, website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in this contest. 

Section 2

Acceptance and Delivery of Prize

 

2.1   All prizes must be accepted as awarded. All prize(s) are non-transferable. Inability to accept or deliver prize(s) will result in forfeiture. Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC retains the right to substitute prize(s) with other prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event the original prize(s) offered is not available for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC Any valuation of the prize(s) awarded is based on available information provided to Station, and the value of any prize (as determine by Station in its sole discretion) awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

 

2.2 It is anticipated that qualifiers should have possession of the their qualifying prize within 80 days of winning, however, Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC makes no guaranty as to the actual delivery date.

 

2.3 All Contest(s)/Prize(s) subject to Federal, State, and local regulations and laws and are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

 

2.4 If prize(s) includes travel, lodging, entertainment, special event, or an automobile, the winner(s) is responsible for all taxes, expenses, and gratuities not expressly included in and as part of the prize(s). Winners agree to all blackout periods, space availability requirements, etc., as stated by the Station and Contest prize partner(s), which shall include hotels, airlines, train travel, ship/boat travel, etc. Winner(s) agree that acceptance of any trip as a prize(s) from Station does so entirely upon their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

 

2.5 Winner(s) must use their true, legal, name when playing contests or claiming prize(s) and may not win any contest under an assumed name. Winner(s) will be disqualified and prize(s) forfeited if they are found playing under an assumed name or alias.

 

Section 3

Conditions of Winning

 

3.1 Any person winning over $600 in prizes from Station will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

 

3.2 Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable Federal, Sate, Local and other taxes. Each winner must provide Station with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Failure to timely provide such information and/or any other reasonably required documentation, including, without limitation, a release and affidavit of eligibility, may result in delay in receiving prizes or the forfeiture thereof. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

 

3.3 By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC the permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likeness in connection with the promotion (via print, broadcast or other forms of media) of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, compensation or remuneration for such use. By calling the contest lines, voices and names may be recorded and used for promotional or broadcast purposes.

 

3.4 Each winner must provide Station with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Failure to timely provide such information and/or any other reasonably required documentation, including, without limitation, a release and affidavit of eligibility, may result in delay in receiving prizes or the forfeiture thereof.

 

 

 

Section 4

Release

 

In consideration for participating in the Contest, Contest winner(s), on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, successors, representatives and/or assigns, hereby fully and forever remises, releases and discharges Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC and each and all of its subsidiary and affiliated corporations, companies and divisions, its predecessors, successors and assigns, and its respective directors, stockholders, officers, employees and agents, of and from any and all claims, demands, agreements, contracts, covenants, actions, suits, causes of action, obligations, controversies, debts, costs, expenses, accounts, damages, judgments, losses and liabilities, of whatsoever kind or nature, in law, equity or otherwise, whether known or unknown, whether or not concealed or hidden, which against it or any of it, they have had, may have had or now have, or which any of their heirs, representatives and assigns hereafter can, shall or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not in any respect limiting the generality of the foregoing, any and all claims which or might have asserted relating to this contest.

 

 

 Section 5

Indemnity

 

All participants and winners indemnify and hold forever harmless Station, and Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC and their agencies, their agents, officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns, for any injuries, accidents, misfortunes, losses, damages, or causes of action, arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize(s).


 

Section 6

No Warranties Provided

 

Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC and Station do not warrant any of the products, materials or services that a winner receives.    The materials, services or products that a winner receives are provided “as is.” There may be warranties provided by the manufacturer of the product, material or service, for which Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC has no responsibility or duty to perform.

 

Section 7

Miscellaneous

 

a.      Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC reserves the right to change contest rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice.

 

b.      Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC reserves the right to add or subtract additional station or stations to this contest at any time.

 

c.      Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC is considered the “judge.” Judge’s decisions are final.

 

d.      Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC reserves the right to end and or modify contest at any time without additional notice or further compensation required.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES FOR 99.9 THE HAWK
 
hereinafter referred to as the “Station(s)”
 
Section 1
How to Win and Prizes
 
1.1              Duration. The Station, operated by Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC, is running a promotional contest from May 23, 2010 till September 26, 2010.
 
1.2       Bike Judging Contest. – Station will hold 9 motorcycle judging contests throughout the duration of the Contest. Listen to Station or go on its website at www.999thehawk.com to find out the date and location of where each contest will be held. Participating bikes must be on site and registered with the Station 30 minutes prior to the start of the contest. If a bike arrives after the cut-off time of 30 minutes past the start time, they will be disqualified from the judging process. There is a $5 donation for each bike to be judged each week that will benefit Ronald McDonald Camp. Each rider that enters their bike in the competition will receive one (1) McDonald’s free BOG card (one per bike). Bikes will be placed in one of 6 categories… 1)Choppers 2)Mild Custom 3) Radical/Wild  4)Trikes/Special Interest/Antiques-over 25 years  5)Touring/ Dressers 6)Imports/Sport Bikes and be judged on paint, wheels, tires, engine, seats, exhaust, lights, speedometer, mirrors, air cleaner and cleanliness. Judges will vote for the bike on a number evaluation system. The bike with the most points will win in each class. Bikes may only win once except People’s Choice. Winners from 2009 Grand Finale are ineligible for the 2010 season. The Last Bike Night (Grand Finale) on Sunday, September 26, 2010 will be open to all bikes, including past winners but excluding 2009 Grand Finale Winners. There will be one winner in each of the categories. Judges are not permitted to enter their bikes when they are judging. Bike Judges will not judge bikes of their bike class. The winners of each category will win a $50 gift certificate and a Trophy.  

 
            1.2.1    Motorcycle Categories
1) CHOPPER: This category includes any cycle with extended forks either a manufacturer or hand made. Axle distances greater than 66 inches will be considered for this class.
2) MILD CUSTOM: This category will included only stock cycles with manufacturer stock accessories. Only factory paint in this class.
3) RADICAL WILD: This category will include all cycles manufactured or hand built with custom paints, engine/transmission machined details, accessories either stock or manufactured.
4) TRIKES-SPEICIAL INTEREST-ANTIQUES: This category includes factory built trikes, manufactured kits or hand made. Special interest vehicles shall include any 2 or 3 wheeled vehicles that do to conform to any of our other defined classes. Antiques will include any vehicles over 25 years old.
5) TOURING: This category includes all brands of touring cycles with full fairings or windshields, hard or soft saddlebags and tour packs. Bikes must be manufacturer stock allowing only special paint, accessories and lighting.
6)  SPORT BIKES: This category includes any models from all brands except Harley-Davidson. Bikes must be manufacturer stock allowing only special paint and accessories. 
 
            1.2.2    Peoples Choice Winner – Each bike will have a numbered donation cup. The contributions will go to the Ronald McDonald Charities. The public can vote for their favorite bike by placing money in their favorite bikes’ donation cup. The bike with the most money will be the Peoples Choice Winner. The Peoples Choice Winner will win a trophy and certificate.
 
           
 
Section 2
Chance to Win Grand Prize

Failure to timely provide such information and/or any other reasonably required documentation, including, without limitation, a release and affidavit of eligibility, may result in delay in receiving prizes or the forfeiture thereof.

Release
 
Contest winners, on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, successors, representatives and/or assigns, hereby fully and forever remises, releases and discharges Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC and each and all of its subsidiary and affiliated corporations, companies and divisions, its predecessors, successors and assigns, and its respective directors, stockholders, officers, employees and agents, of and from any and all claims, demands, agreements, contracts, covenants, actions, suits, causes of action, obligations, controversies, debts, costs, expenses, accounts, damages, judgments, losses and liabilities, of whatsoever kind or nature, in law, equity or otherwise, whether known or unknown, whether or not concealed or hidden, which against it or any of it, they have had, may have had or now have, or which any of their heirs, representatives and assigns hereafter can, shall or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not in any respect limiting the generality of the foregoing, any and all claims which or might have asserted relating to this contest.  


Section 7
Indemnity

Section 9
Miscellaneous
 
9.1              Bikers should drive a maximum of 5 miles an hour in the parking lot and be courteous of small children (no burning rubber). 
 
9.2              No alcohol permitted on premises
 
9.3              One entry per person per location for prizes regarding register to win promotions.
 
9.4              Ronald McDonald will be at all of the Bike Night locations.
 
9.5              No Soliciting. Organizations that would like to distribute flyers at Bike Nights must be approved by Station and McDonalds® prior to distribution. 
 
9.6              No starting motorcycles during the awards presentation at the end of each Bike Night.
 
9.7              Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC reserves the right to change contest rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice.
 
9.8              Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC reserves the right to add/subtract additional station/s to this contest any time.
 
9.9              Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC is considered the “judge.” Judge’s decisions are final.

Bud Light Summer Hot Seats Contest
OFFICIAL RULES
 


 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.  The following CONTEST is OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S., WHO meet the eligibility requirements (as defined in the rules below).  VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. 
Promotion Period: Contest registration is scheduled to begin 4/23/10 and end 8/27/10 (the “Registration Period”). The grand prize contest is scheduled to occur on 8/30/10 at the Coca Cola Park in Allentown, PA.  The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
 
Who May Enter: Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, who reside within 250 miles of  Allentown, PA and are age 21 or older as of date of entry with a valid driver’s license, except the following classes of persons who are not eligible to enter:
(a)      Employees, officers, and directors of Anheuser-Busch, (“Sponsor”), Nassau Broadcasting (“Administrator”) each of their respective franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this promotion (collectively, “Released Parties”) and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above, whether or not related. “Immediate family members” includes, for purposes of this promotion, parents (including in-laws), grandparents, siblings (including step-siblings), children (including step-children), grand children (including step grand children) and each of their respective spouses.
(b)     Individuals or who are unable or unwilling to be present to participate in the grand prize contest event scheduled to occur on 8/30/10
 
How to Enter: Visit www.107thebone.fm, www.999thehawk.com, or www.espnlv.com during the registration period to find out the location of station events where you can register for the contest. At designated events obtain and fully complete an entry blank and deposit the entry blank into the registration box by the required registration deadline. Maximum of one (1) entry per person per event location. 
 
Contestants may only complete and submit an entry on their own behalf. Any contestant submitting more than eligible number of entries, or submitting an entry on behalf of another individual will void all entries by that contestant. Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, or for lost or stolen entry boxes or for entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All such entries will be automatically void. All entries received become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Difficulties with getting to a participating sponsor location to enter the contest are not the responsibility of Sponsor.
 
Semi-Finalist Selection & Notification: A total of (10) semi-finalists will be randomly selected from all entries received and awarded a pair of tickets to the Iron Pigs baseball game on 8/30/10 in Allentown, PA. Any selected semi-finalist that cannot be reached or contacted to confirm their selection after an initial phone call to the number listed on their entry, may be disqualified and an alternate semi-finalist may be selected and notified, time permitting. Each selected semi-finalist must confirm their eligibility and their willingness and ability to attend the event on 8/30/10 at the time of their notification. Any selected semi-finalist who does not meet the eligibility requirements, or who is unable or unwilling to attend and participate in the grand prize contest, will be disqualified. An alternate semi-finalist will be randomly selected per the procedures outlined above, time permitting. Decisions of judges in the selection of finalists, and all matters related to this contest are final and binding.
 
Selected semi-finalists must be present at the date, time and location as specified by sponsor to participate in the designated grand prize contest (scheduled for 8/30/10 at Coca Cola Stadium in Allentown, PA)  Any semi-finalist who fails to appear by the required deadline will be disqualified. Sponsor in its sole discretion may elect to select an additional semi-finalist from anyone in attendance at the grand prize contest event to replace a disqualified finalist on the date of the contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the date, time or location of the grand prize contest. Selected semi-finalists will be notified of any changes at the time of their selection and/or notification.
 
Only the semi-finalists selected and notified by sponsor will be eligible to participate. All other entrants are ineligible. Semi-Finalist selection and participation is non-transferable. No other individual may participate on behalf of a selected semi-finalist. Difficulties with getting to location to enter or participate in the contest are not the responsibility of Sponsors. 
 
Grand Prize Event – Finalist Selection: During the grand prize contest event, each semi-finalist will be required to check-in with the sponsor by the designated deadline to participate in the contest. Any qualifier who has not checked-in by the stated deadline or the start of the selections will be disqualified from the contest, and will receive no further opportunities to participate or prize compensation
 
A maximum of one (1) grand prize finalist will be randomly selected by Sponsor from all eligible semi-finalists. The selected finalist will have the opportunity to participate in the ‘Grand Prize’ 2 of 20 envelope pick contest, for the chance to win the $10,000 Cash grand prize (see below).
 
Grand Prize Contest:   The grand prize finalist shall have one opportunity to select any (2) out of (20) available sealed prize envelopes for their grand prize contest attempt. Each envelope shall contain a prize certificate – two (2) envelopes shall contain winning prize certificates, and (18) envelopes shall contain non-winning certificates. In order for the grand prize to be awarded, the eligible grand prize finalist must select the (2) sealed contest envelopes that each contain a “Winning” prize certificate. 
 
The following will apply to the grand prize contest attempt:
·          All contest attempts must occur in the presence of the contest administrator. Any attempt(s) not made in the presence of the contest administrator for any reason will be disqualified and is not eligible for the grand prize.
·          The finalist will be presented with (20) sealed contest envelopes. Each sealed contest envelope will be identical in size, shape, and color with the exception of the number labeled on the envelope (encompassing the range from 1 – 20). No two contest envelopes will be printed with the same number within the set of (20) contest envelopes.
·          The finalist will be required to select a maximum total of (2) sealed contest envelopes from their assigned set. 
·          The finalist will then open each of the (2) selected sealed contest envelopes and remove the prize certificate contained inside. Opening more than (2) sealed contest envelopes for any reason will disqualify the contestant, and void any opportunity to claim the grand prize.
·          The finalist must then reveal each of their prize certificates to the contest administrator to determine if the certificate is a “Winning” or “Non-Winning” prize certificate.
 
In order to claim the grand prize, the (2) sealed contest envelopes selected and opened by an eligible finalist must EACH contain a “Winning” prize certificate. 
·          The winning symbol printed on the grand prize winning certificates for this contest will be ‘Grand’ & ‘Slam’ or other similar text or image clearly distinguishing it as a “Winning” certificate. 
·          The “Non-Winning” prize certificates will be printed with “Single– Not a Winner” or other text clearly distinguishing it as a “Non-Winning” certificate. 
 
If the finalist selects any sealed contest envelope that contains a “Non-Winning” prize certificate, then they will not be eligible to claim the grand prize. In the event that the finalist does not successfully completes the grand prize contest requirements, then the grand prize will not be awarded
 
IMPORTANT: In the event of an error in the preparation of the contest materials or any tampering that results in any particular set of (20) sealed contest envelopes containing more than (2) “Winning Prize Certificate”, that particular contestant attempt is void. The corresponding contestant will entitled only to re-attempt the contest, and will be provided a new set of sealed contest envelopes for their re-attempt.
 
Prize Awards & Delivery: 
 
Envelope Pick Contest Grand Prize: In the event the eligible grand prize finalist successfully completes the grand prize winning requirements by selecting and opening the (2) sealed prize envelopes that each contain a winning prize certificate, that finalist will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these official rules. The grand prize for this contest is: $10,000 Cash
 
All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and delivery and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to all taxes and delivery fees. All income, federal, state and local taxes are each Prize winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Administrator’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. 
 
All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prize winner(s) will be required to complete and return a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600.00), affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all taxes on prize(s). Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Total maximum value of all available prizes: $10,000.
 
Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to this contest. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsor for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in contest constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without limitation or further compensation unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
 
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes/prize winners. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, and released parties (collectively “Releasees”), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this contest, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel related thereto), and to assume all liability in connection therewith. 
 
Releasees shall not be liable to any winner, entrant or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Releasees’ sole control. No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason.
 
IN CASE OF DISPUTES: By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of New Jersey; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of New Jersey or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Jersey.
 
Odds: The odds of being selected as an official finalist are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning the contest once selected as an official finalist are 1:190.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

You must be at least 17 years of age to win.  Unless noted to be 21 or older.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries. Individuals may qualify more than once. 

Prizes will be mailed using US Postal Services regular mail unless requested by winner to pick up the prize at our
Easton offices during business of hours between 9am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Contest is open to all residents of
New Jersey and Pennsylvania. All employees, agents, successors, interns and assignees of Nassau Broadcasting I, LLC, sponsors of this contest, employees of competing radio stations and members of their immediate families are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, cohabitation or other family extension and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S.
residents.

No “duos”, groups or teams will be allowed to enter together. Any ties, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns regarding the Contest and/or the prize(s) will be determined by NBI, whose decision(s) is final.

Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function may not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number. NBI disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond NBI’s control, or otherwise. NBI disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission or other delivery method. NBI is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in this contest. NBI stations are not responsible for broken telephone connections, busy signals, mis-dials or lost phone calls. 

All prize(s) must be accepted as awarded. All prize(s) are non-transferable. Inability to accept or deliver prize(s) will result in forfeiture. NBI retains the right to substitute prize(s) with other prize(s) of equal or greater value in the event the original prize(s) offered is not available for reasons beyond the reasonable control of NBI. Any valuation of the prize(s) awarded is based on available information provided to NBI, and the value of any prize(s) will be determined by NBI, in its sole discretion. 

It is anticipated that qualifiers should have possession of their qualifying prize within eighty (80) days of winning, however, NBI makes no guaranty a to the actual delivery date.

All Contest(s)/Prize(s) are subject to Federal, State and local regulations and laws and are void where restricted or prohibited by law.

Each winner must provide Station with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Failure to timely provide such information and/or any other reasonably required documentation including, without limitation, a release and affidavit of eligibility, may result in a delay in receiving prize(s) or the forfeiture thereof.

Any person winning in excess of Six Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($600.00) or receiving anything with a value of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) or more, as determined by NBI in its sole discretion, will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of the 1099 will be filed with the IRS, and each winner shall be solely responsible for paying any and all applicable Federal, State, local or other taxes. This includes prizes, if applicable, for travel, lodging, entertainment, special events, automobiles, or any other thing of value. 

By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant NBI the permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the promotion (via print, broadcast or other forms of media) of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, compensation or remuneration for such use. By calling the contest lines, voices and names may be recorded and used for promotional or broadcast purposes.

Each winner, to the extent applicable, agrees to be bound by any and all blackout periods, space availability or other conditions or limitations stated by NBI or its contest price partner, in association with the prize relating to a hotel, airline, ship, boat or train travel.

Contest winners, agree on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, successors, representatives and/or assigns, to fully and forever remises, releases and discharges NBI and each and all of its subsidiary and affiliated corporations, companies and divisions, its predecessors, successors and assigns, and its respective directors, stockholders, officers, employees and agents, of and from any and all claims, demands, agreements, contracts, covenants, actions, suits, causes of action, obligations, controversies, debts, costs, expenses, accounts, damages, judgments, losses and liabilities of whatsoever kind or nature in law, equity or otherwise, whether known or unknown, whether or not concealed or hidden which against it or any of it, they have had, may have had or now have, or which any of their heirs, representatives and/or assigns hereafter can, shall or may have for or by reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not in any respect limiting the generality of the foregoing, any and all claims which or might have asserted relating to this contest, and agrees to deliver an executed release form at the time of delivery of any prize(s).

All participants and winners, agree and do hereby indemnify and hold forever harmless NBI and their agencies, their agents, officers, employees, affiliates and assigns for any injuries, accidents, misfortunes, losses, damages or causes of action arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest and/or acceptance or use of any prize(s).

NBI does not warrant any of the products, materials or services that a winner receives. The materials, services or products that a winner receives are provided "as is". There may be warranties provided by the manufacturer of the product, material or service, for which NBI has no responsibility or duty to perform. 

NBI reserves the right to change contest rules and/or dates at any time without additional notice.

NBI reserves the right to add or subtract additional station or stations to this contest at any time.

NBI is considered the "Judge".  Judges' decisions are final.
