The folks at TMZ are reporting Robert De Niro’s former assistant, Graham Robinson, is suing him because he was verbally abusive, made sexual comments towards her and made her do stereotypical female duties. The 36 year-old says De Niro was often drunk when he would lash out and joke about his Viagra prescription and being on the toilet. A voicemail that De  Niro left for Robinson has been posted online. In it, he calls her a spoiled brat. De Niro’s attorneys are calling the accusations absurd.

You got to give the band KISS some credit for being creative. Next month they plan to shout it out loud…..UNDERWATER! KISS will take its talent to new depths with a special underwater concert for great white sharks and eight lucky (or brave) fans who will watch from a submarine. The wacky musical event will take place on Nov. 18 off the southern coast of Australia as part of a promotion by Airbnb. KISS will stay above board and perform at least four songs while fans are lowered beneath the surface in a small submarine.
