Rod Stewart and son Sean are headed to court after being charged with criminal battery over a New Year’s Eve incident at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. The Stewart family apparently became “agitated” after being denied access to a private event. A scuffle ensued with a security guard… Rod allegedly punching the guard after Sean shoved him. The two are due in court on February 5th.
