Speaking of awards, Adam Sandler who was snubbed by the Academy a few weeks back, won best actor award at the Independent Spirit Awards for Uncut Gems and gave one of his unusual acceptance speeches. Gotta love that guy!



The whole Gayle King/Kobe Bryant thing is still the talk of the town on social media. We told you on Friday how CBS aired a clip of King asking WNBA star Lisa Lesie if she thought that Kobe Bryant’s assault allegations would stain his reputation. King is now reportedly receiving death threats and lots of hate on Twitter. Oprah said over the weekend that King is not doing well then went on to blame the network for the blunder heard around the globe.
