The Emmy Awards were last night with no audience which left Jimmy Kimmel having to crack his opening monologue jokes with piped in audio. Presenters wore specially designed hazmat suits to present awards. The big winner was Schitts Creek who took home every award in the comedy category.
Ellen returns to her show set today and you can bet they are going to be addressing all of the harassment allegations that have been levied at her.
Eddie Murphy was supposed to be touring doing his stand up comedy again this year but of course it was all cancelled because of the pandemic. Everyone was under the impression that it was off for good, but Murphy said it’s just on hold. Look for the tour to possibly begin in the Summer of next year…
