An Illinois man is suing McDonald’s over a hot coffee spill. Alvaro Robles claims a drive-thru employee handed him a cup of coffee with an unsecured lid. The lawsuit says Robles suffered “sustained severe and permanent disabling injuries and acute and prolonged physical and mental pain and anguish”. He is suing for $50,000.
