Hey Rick and Joel – First, I love the show. We listen at work every morning and laugh nonstop. My husband and I are going to retire in the next couple of years and he had the bright idea of maybe opening a bed and breakfast spot down south. I do not like the idea of having to cook and clean up after other people at all. I remember a Phone Blast you guys did a few years back when you pranked an owner of a Bed and Breakfast.
