SUBWAY is on trial this morning. A complaint has been filed with the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California. The chain is being accused of committing footlong fraud by serving fake tuna in its sandwiches and wraps. A lawsuit just filled alleges the fish is made with “a mixture of various concoctions” …not tuna. Independent labs said that the ingredients were a medley of things that appear to be tuna but in fact there was no tuna at all.
